SHIPPING:

Your order typically ships within 3-10 days. You will receive an email with a receipt once your order is placed.


Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate. We cannot be held responsible if the package is returned due to an incorrect address. In such cases, the shipping cost will be charged to the client again.

Once your package is shipped, we have no control over its delivery time, as it depends on the shipping carrier.

Once your order has been processed and a tracking number has been issued, cancellations will no longer be possible. Additionally, no refunds will be provided for orders at this stage of the process.

RETURNS:

 If a client wishes to return an item that was processed correcty, please get in touch with us through Instagram DM, or the provided contact email. The client is responsible for covering the shipping costs. We do not provide refunds; instead, we offer store credit or the option to exchange the item for another piece. Please note that products on SALE are not eligible for refunds or store credit.
